Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with The Hunnypot Shop! We are committed to providing high-quality handmade tumbler cups, but we understand that sometimes issues can arise. Below is our return policy for eligible items purchased from us:

1. Eligibility for Returns:

 We will only accept returns on tumbler cups that are either broken or leaking upon arrival.

 All claims must be made within 24 hours of receiving your order.

 The tumbler must be in its original condition (unwashed, unused) to be eligible for a return.

2. Process for Returning a Leaking or Broken Cup:

Please email us at the1.hunnypot.shop@gmail.com with your order number and a clear photo showing the damage (leak or break).

Once we verify the issue, we will provide instructions on how to return the item if the items are still shippable. (Do not ship broken glass!) 

We will offer a full refund or replacement at our discretion for defective products.


3. Non-Refundable Items:

We do not accept returns for reasons other than leaking or broken cups (e.g., change of mind, incorrect size, etc.).

 If the product has been used, washed, or altered, it will not be eligible for a return.


4. Shipping Costs:

 If the item is deemed defective on arrival, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
